Factors and indicators of the geological and economic assessment of the coal resources in the Republic of Srpska as the starting basis for a deposit evaluation as a function of the national and commercial profitability

The geological-economic evaluation of coal deposits in the Republic Srpska includes two ways deposits: without taking time factor into account (analysis parameters static methods: economy and profit rate) three largest (Gacko, Ugljevik Stanari) with account, economic profitability (commercial national). following dynamic methods are used to assess commercial profitability: Net present value, internal rate return cash flow discounting method for determining period investments. analysis effects investment project (assessment deposit) is performed using a "cost-benefit" analysis. This was NPV, IRR DCFROI. As part analysis, conditions uncertainty processed, i.e., sensitivity deposits, namely: (determining breaking point critical price unit mineral raw material) directed at results changes (income, costs, investments legal obligations) calculated [2]. For assessment national profitability, basic criterion net added value - NVA, applied. In addition direct production Srpska, on (financial income expenses), additional criteria were also analyzed: employment, foreign currency inflow international competitiveness, applying an indirect (effects) Srpska.
